About two weeks ago I had a super fun 50s inspired shoot with Ashley.
My beautiful hair stylist friend, Camilla (who also happens to do the weekly beauty tutorials), did the Hair and Makeup for the shoot. She is so talented and fun to work with!
While Ashley was getting ready I shot some making-of photos.
Camillas studio is a piece of art and I love being in there! And if you are in Boise and need an awesome hair stylist, she is your gal!

Sunday I wore my cute Odilie shirt with cut-offs (The Daisies) and black nylon tights.
Monday I wore my peter pan collar tunic (available soon!) with my brown and beige print leggings.
Tuesday I wore my brown tie-dye tunic with my new lace bicycle shorts (available tomorrow!).
Wednesday I wore a tank dress (H&M) with my new bicycle heart shorts (available tomorrow!).
Thursday I wore my green striped cropped shirt with fringe cut-offs (The Daisies) and black nylon tights.
Friday we went to the zoo and I wore a t-shirt dress (H&M) under a super cute shirt (Seneca Rising) and my abstract floral leggings.
Saturday I was working on a super cute DIY project for Sincerly, Kinsey (cant wait to share!) and was wearing a cobalt blue shirt (H&M) with my heart bicycle shorts (available tomorrow!)

I absolutely loooove photographing Cassie.
She is super professional and a true asuyeta girl - beautiful - inside and out!
I took these photos of her about 2 month ago, it was a cold and windy day at the beautiful Kathryn Albertson Park in Boise and for anyone that has been to Boise, that ice cold wind from the mountains can be super obnoxious. But she was super brave and we created some beautiful visual art together.

Not only am I a fashion designer and photographer but I also style photo shoots.
A couple weeks ago I was asked to style the Proof summer lookbook shoot.
Darlene is part of the Proof team and she was so sweet to sent over the finished video.
She did such an amazing job filming and editing the video. She is based in Boise and you can check out her company and book her right here.
I had a great time styling the shoot, the whole team was amazing and their sunglasses are fantastic!
I got to pick a pair of Proof glasses as a thanks for styling the shoot and I picked the Bogus Style in red.
I am super excited to see the final images and I will post them as soon as I have them! :)

Here is another week of my outfits.
I felt very casual and comfy this week, can you tell? :)
Sunday I was wearing my berry skirt with my cropped top with a tank top and navy nylon tights underneath.
Monday I wore my beige cropped shirt with pink cut-off shorts (thrifted), black nylon tights and grey knee high socks.
Tuesday I was wearing my lace printed leggings with a basic tank dress (H&M) and the new printed feather shirt by the inde label Idylle.
Wednesday I wore my green tie-dye shirt with my mustard high-waisted shorts and black nylon tights.
Thursday I wore my polka dot box shirt with cut-off fringe shorts from the indie label The Daisies and black nylon tights.
Friday I just got dressed to go to the grocery store, so I put on my
floral box shirt over a basic tank dress (H&M) and beige knit tights.
And Saturday I wore my fav cardigan (Zara) with a bird sweater (thrifted) over a simple tee dress (H&M) and my
lace print leggings.

I posted some of these images a while ago but had to re-do them...I guess part of being an artist is never being really happy with the results. :)
I just thought the images were to busy with all the colors. Now that they are black & white (except the first one of course :) its much more harmonious.

Wow, this week was crazy good, it went from being 90 F to 60 F, I styled a great shoot for Proof, did a shoot with some new asuyeta pieces (pics coming soon!) and hung out with some great people.
All in all it was an awesome week.
Sunday it was super hot, so I wore my floral tank top with denim shorts (Dollhouse) and because we did a bike ride and I dont like to bring my purse on bike rides, I actually wore my DIY fanny back for the first time - which was totally awesome!
Monday I wore a simple tank top with my asymmetrical printed skirt.
Tuesday I styled the Proof photoshoot (more on that soon!), so I wore my yellow asymmetrical dress and my favorite shoes.
Wednesday it was kind of chilly, so I tied a longsleeved shirt over my floral blanket dress.
Thursday I wore my double-sided lace leggings with cut-off shorts (thrifted) and my polka dot box shirt.
Friday I had an awesome shoot with my favorite Cassie (pics coming soon!), so I wore skinny jeans with my green gypsy shirt.
Saturday I wore beige knit tights (H&M) with denim shorts (Dollhouse), my red striped cropped shirt and my new favorite wooden Proof sunglasses - Bogus style! Yes!
