What is asuyeta and who are you?

I am Erika and asuyeta is my little baby. But read more about it here!

Are all items on the site handmade?

Of course. All items on this site are handmade with lots of love from scratch by me :)
No sweatshop and no mass production.

Where did you study fashion design?

I didn't. I taught everything I know myself. Learning by doing and a lot of patience.
I also had an awesome intern that I learned a lot from.

Where can I buy asuyeta pieces?

You can buy my pieces right here in my online shop.

What is your measurement chart?

How do your sizes run?

Check the chart above and each item says if its true to size, runs large or small.

Do you ship worldwide?

Of course I do! No matter where you live, you will be able to get your very own asuyeta item(s).

What about import charges?

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

What are your shipping rates?

Within the US & Canada - $5
Worldwide - $10

How can I pay for my purchase?

I accept Money Orders, PayPal and all major credit cards via PayPal.

I really want to purchase but won't get paid until next week. What can I do?

As long as your payment arrives within 14 days after placing your order, its perfectly fine!
Just select Money Order as a payment method and leave a little note for me.

When will my item(s) ship?

Items ship within 3 buisness days if not noted otherwise!

How long will it take for my item(s) to arrive?

asuyeta is not responsible for lost or damaged items when shipped without insurance!

Can I exchange/return my purchase?

Of course you can. In fact, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, I want you do return it!

Here is how it works:
Within 21 days, simply contact me, send the item(s) back and as soon as I get them, I will email you a store credit.

Please understand that I can not refund shipping costs and that I can not refund money back.

asuyeta is not responsible for items damaged or lost while being returned.

Do you make custom orders (like in different colors/prints)

Unfortunately,  I have way to much going on to be able to make custom orders. But check back often, I add new items biweekly!

How to I care for my item(s)?

Please see Care Label for instructions. If you are not sure about something, contact me right away!

Fabrics are NOT pre-washed.

Cleaning Methods for jewelry:
Place some toothpaste or baking soda on a soft wet toothbrush and gently scrub the jewelry. Carefully rinse off and dry with a towel.

Please understand that I am not responsible for damage due to improper care.

How can I carry asuyeta pieces at my boutique?

Awesome that you want to carry my line at your boutique! All you got to do is email me your information and buisness license and I will send you all the info you need!

Just email me and maybe we can get together!

Is there anything else I need to know?

Some of the silver jewelry may contain nickel.
